Akili Ventures Whistle Blowing Policy

At Akili Ventures (“Akili”), we expect our employees, partners, and stakeholders to conduct themselves with the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.

As part of good corporate governance, Akili has established this Whistleblowing Policy to provide clear avenues for raising legitimate concerns, ensuring those concerns are objectively investigated and addressed. Individuals may raise concerns confidentially, without fear of retaliation.

1. What is Whistleblowing?

Whistleblowing is the voluntary disclosure of inappropriate, unethical, or unlawful behavior and practices by management, employees, or related parties.

Examples of improper and reportable conduct (non-exhaustive):

• Any unlawful or illegal activity (criminal or civil)
• Breach of company policies or procedures
• Fraud, theft, embezzlement, or dishonesty
• Corruption or bribery
• Bullying, harassment, or discrimination
• Conduct endangering health, safety, or property
• Forgery or alteration of official documents
